Client Responsibilities

To ensure we can deliver the best results for your brand, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for us to perform our services.
• Grant us necessary access to your accounts and online store if needed, using secure methods that do not require sharing your passwords.
• Provide timely feedback and approvals as required, so we can move forward without delays.
• Comply with all applicable platform terms of service — you are ultimately responsible for the content and account you manage.
• Provide any content required that is not created by our agency in a timely manner, so we can meet deadlines and keep your campaigns running smoothly.

Payment Terms

Payment for our services will be as specified in the service agreement or proposal. Payments are due according to the schedule outlined in the agreement, so you know exactly when each invoice is due. Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services until the account is brought back up to date.

Intellectual Property

Any content created by us as part of our services will be owned by you upon full payment — so you control everything we produce for your shop. You retain ownership of your online store and your account; we will never claim ownership over your brand.

We may use anonymized performance data for our marketing purposes, without sharing any personal or sensitive information about you or your business.

Confidentiality

We agree to keep your business information confidential — including sales numbers, account details, and strategy notes — and will not share this with anyone unless you give us clear permission. You agree to keep any proprietary information provided by us confidential, such as internal reports or strategy documents, so both sides respect each other’s privacy.

Limitation of Liability

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice, giving the other party time to wrap things up properly. We may terminate the agreement immediately for breach of these Terms — such as non-payment, misuse of information, or violating platform rules. Upon termination, you will be responsible for any outstanding payments.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time to keep them aligned with changes in our services or the law.
